Class instruction is segmented into different levels of training based on the age and rank of the student. Students at the younger end of the class and those that hold the lowest rank will be "Bowed out" (excused) after around the first 45 mins of training is completed. At this time, class moves into more physical elements and gets more intricate. This portion of class focuses more on Classical Shorin-ryu instead of the Modern Shorin-ryu that is geared more toward the younger/beginner class. Some of the techniques practiced in Classical Shorin-ryu could be less safe in nature for the younger and less experienced group, which explains the "Bowing out". After another 45 mins or so, another portion of the class will be excused and only the more advanced students will remain to continue working on even more advanced techniques.

*White belt will be provided (and subsequent belt advancements)
*Karate "Gi" and sparring gear will be required (At student's expense) at some point during your advancement. Not required at the onset of class. Inquire when you attend.
